What People Are Saying

Online reviews are considered certified when the reviewer makes an attempt to provide honest and helpful feedback, and in return, offers a required level of contact or personal information. Because they typically avoid anonymity, certified reviews are widely considered helpful to those in search for product and service quality, as well as for the business being reviewed.

When I'm sick, this is the place I prefer to go. Yes, they are more expensive than the local family doctor or other walk-in clinics in town but - it comes down to service and cleanliness for me. I don't go to the doctor unless I feel like I seriously need medical care. There is NOTHING worse than walking into a doctor's office after making an appointment and still having to wait 30 minutes - hour later just to be called back to a room...not to mention having to wait in a place that looks like the cleaning service quit years ago, the magazines are years old and the furniture is filthy...Give me WellQuest, where I'm welcomed kindly, wait in a clean environment & buzzed back within 5-10 minutes...and treated with respect, I may have to pay more for the service, but when I'm sick, I don't feel like spending my day in a sick waiting room...I want in/out as fast as possible and that's what WellQuest provides.

Elenora L - Northwest, Arkansas (4/11/13)

Myra was GREAT! Thank you!!!!

Christie K - Bella Vista, Arkansas (3/30/13)

Great service! And very relaxing!

Andrea H - Northwest Arkansas (3/4/13)

I had a refining facial at Wellquest on 3/2/2013 with Molly. It was really refreshing. She suggested some products that I purchased and so far in 2 days they have already improved my combination skin (balancing it out) and the overall appearance is just more glowing.

Laura M - Northwest Arkansas (2/25/13)

This experience exceeded my expectations.

Crystal M - Northwest Arkansas (2/11/13)

Everyone was so nice! I enjoyed every moment!

Faith R - Northwest Arkansas (2/4/13)

Being new to the area makes it difficult to know where to go when you or your child becomes suddenly ill. A friend recommended WellQuest. I took my son in around 6:50 pm & I felt welcome from the moment we walked in. The receptionist was very friendly & helpful. Once we were taken back I was so grateful at how kind and caring our nurse was not only to my son but to me also. Once the doctor came in to evaluate him she was just as wonderful kind sweet & caring also. Thank you WellQuest staff....

Tina W - Northwest Arkansas (2/4/13)

Molly is amazing!

Mark A - Northwest Arkansas (1/25/13)

Walked in 20 minutes before they closed just needing a prescription for my BP medicine. Front desk says we are full please come back tomorrow. I explained I was out of my medication and needed a refill. Some nurse came from the back and gave me the run around about coming back tomorrow. I am sure they were tired but I saw them as just being lazy and not helping me with my need. How would they feel if I had a stroke tonight? True medical professionals don't treat their patients this way. My family and I won't be going back there again. I offered to pay for an office visit just to get the prescription. Don't go here!

Donna G - Northwest Arkansas (1/15/13)

Molly is congenial and professional and I am always well pleased with the results.

Diedre D - Northwest Arkansas (1/14/13)

Your doctors, nurses, nurse practitioners and front reception staff are excellent ! You have been my doctors since Aug. 2005...I have complex issues due to my status as a paraplegic. You always take care of me or refer me to the right specialist and if hospitalization is required you make the call.

Crystal H - Northwest Arkansas (12/13/12)

Myra did a great job! Thank you!

Janine S - Northwest Arkansas (12/29/12)

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Great experience!

The Rice Family - Bentonville, Arkansas (12/8/12)

My experiences with WellQuest has been unmatched. The staff is professional, the atmosphere is quiet and relaxing, and the doctors have been exceptional and well informed. I would not take my family anywhere else.

Wanetta M - Northwest Arkansas (12/7/12)

I had a great experience. She was very knowledgable.

Crystal H - Northwest Arkansas (11/5/12)

Will definitely be back again!

Caressa L - Northwest Arkansas (10/27/12)

Katie was wonderfu! The changes to Care Credit in your office, however, are forcing me to go elsewhere. I have been a loyal customer for 2 years. I have referred several friends and family and felt that Mariah was a little rude when informing me tht I will need to spend 200.00 next time if I use care credit.

Karen Stewart - Northwest Arkansas (10/7/12)

I have been suffering with fibromyalgia for the last 5 years. I just started seeing Dr. Fox this year & he has already made more of a difference in my care than any of the many other doctors I have been treated by. He listened to the issues & suggested changes & medications that actually made sense. I am very pleased and look forward to feeling better!

Tracee M - Northwest Arkansas (9/22/12)

My esthietician gave a great facial! She seemed very knowledgeable re: accessing my skin. I left wondering what next steps were compared to what I presently use. I suggest you bring the skin care items you are presently using to assess your regimen. We all know how pricey skin care products can be and some of mine were similar to what she used...just needed clarification. No fault of hers but clients might be given the option to provide products they are using when booking the service.

Sonia W - Northwest Arkansas (9/21/12)

My most recent experience at Wellquest was last Saturday - my husband bought me a massage for my birthday. I had been to Wellquest previously and receive great service from another massage therapist, so I was sorry to hear that she was no longer working here. Having said that, Myra did a wonderful job! She made me comfortable, provided outstanding service and helped make my birthday a great day. I would recommend Myra and the staff at Wellquest to anyone! Thanks again!

Veronica - Northwest Arkansas (9/12/12)

Short wait, Great service. I love that they don't rush their patients out.

Alicia W - Northwest Arkansas (9/3/12)

My experience at this spa has been good. The girls at the front desk are a little slow and in some times trying to make an appointment is a long process. Even though I made the appointment in person they got the wrong day and the wrong aesthetician, so I had to call back when I got an email with all the wrong info. My appointment with the right person went great I even wanted to schedule more sessions but at check out the front desk girls got all mixed up and it got very frustrating. What it seems a simple transaction got to be a 10 minutes wait with no real answer but a "we will try to fix it later" answer. They fortunately did and since I liked the aesthetician I booked my next appointment. They gave me a little discount and I hope everything goes well.

Auston - Northwest Arkansas (8/29/12)

The Doctor s are salesman for the spa, using patient s need for medication adjustments to sell herbal supplements instead of insurance covered medications for a hefty profit. We thought we could trust them for medical care but now we will surely go elsewhere for a primary Doctor for traditional medical treatment where Doctors do not sell products for a profit. This is insulting. The should be ashamed of this unethical behavior.

Debb - Northwest Arkansas (8/17/12)

I have been going to Wellquest almost since they opened, Molly does my facials and she is incredible, her hands are like silk, even the lightest touch I can manage is not like hers. My skin has improved so much over the years, I am getting younger looking rather than older lol! Seriously, with help of products, explanation, and the care my pores are smaller, my elasticity has improved, fine lines are mimimal, redness is less, my skin FEELS wonderful - I love this place

Kelly LJ - Northwest Arkansas (8/16/12)

Had yet another great experience with Molly and laser treatments. As always, Molly was proficient and professional. The surrounding were very clean and the atmosphere was relaxing.

Joyce D - Northwest Arkansas (8/16/12)

I can not think of any improvement that Molly could make in her treatments. She is a total professional and yet is very kind. I have every confidence in her ability and her recommendations. She will make recommendations if asked and explain the benefits, but never pushes products or treatments. I thoroughly enjoy her quiet gentle yet professional style.

Flynn D - Northwest Arkansas (8/2/12)

Thank you for taking great care of me.

Tamara K - Northwest Arkansas (6/30/12)

I had a facial last week with Molly and it was wonderful. My skin always looks and feels great after I see her. I highly recommend a facial with microdermabrasion.

Jeanette D - Northwest Arkansas (6/25/12)

I absolutely appreciate the professionalism and customer service I get everytime I visit "my" Wellquest Aesthetics. From the front desk to the experience of all the treatments, it is one of my favorite getaways. Thank you to everyone for all they do to make it such a relaxing experience.

Shirley M - Northwest Arkansas (5/24/12)

My experience @ Wellquest has always been very nice. Everyone is pleasant, helpful and friendly. I enjoy the products I have bought there and will buy more.

Shirley S - Northwest Arkansas (5/13/12)

Crystal A - Northwest Arkansas (3/24/12)

Molly is great I've come there on and off for several years. I will continue to do as well as promote Wellquest to my friends.

Paul - Northwest Arkansas (6/8/2011)

The only good thing about their clinic is that they're open until 8:00pm. With an extremely busy schedule, I was not always able to get to my regular practitioner by 5:00 so I would visit Wellquest. My experience there? Horrible... Incompetent doctors (or nurse practitioners.. pretty sure there's only one real doctor in the whole clinic that isn't any more competent.) Was turned away multiple times b/c they didn't know how to treat me and every other time, I had to call back because the treatment was unsuccessful (Usually lucky to get a call back a couple days later from a rude nurse with an attitude problem.) If you're thinking about going to them for anything that requires treatment or a diagnostic of some sort, I totally advise against it and recommend Mercy's clinic. All these people do is "refer" you to a different doctor and charge almost twice what Mercy charges for a simple appointment. I once heard the nurses outside the door talking and that they had already turned away over 160 clients that month so far and laughing about it. That's over $16,000 to make their office look pretty for doing nothing though. It's a crappy clinic with good marketing/presentation.. That's it.

Jessica R - Tulsa, Oklahoma (9/21/10)

I love this place b/c they are all about not only getting people well but keeping them healthy, too. Every detail like the environment and the friendly staff!

Molly is consistently the best aesthetician I have ever encountered. She should be considered your best asset and valued for her contribution to the medical spa.

I am currently still sick so my review may be a bit snappy. Went to wellquest completely miserable on Monday and it's Saturday and I am still miserable. I was given sudafed bc I wasn't sick enough yet for antibiotics but I look like I could be getting an ear/sinus infection but needed to wait to see. Dr said I needed to be sick for 7 days to get some antibiotics (im not sure what medical book that is in but it may be somewhere) so six days later I call again to beg for medication because it's been 6days of misery and I know I now have an ear infection and sinus infection (which I was on the verge of Gettin Monday but couldn't get treatment) to have a snippy nurse tell me te doctor said it must be 7 days which would be tomorrow do I would need to wait! Save ur money and go by muccienx! Or see a real Dr not this corporate excuse for a clinic!

My family has been using WellQuest for 5 years now and we love it! Most Medical facilities are boring, old fashion and extremely slow, but WellQuest offers an upbeat, high speed environment with amazing customer service and a focus on overall wellness and lifestyle. We highly recommend WellQuest!

Reviewer Unknown

Impossible to get through to nurses desk, and they can be rude and pushy. Don't expect privacy or courtesy. Wait times with an appointment can be long and no isolation room from the contagious. The Dr.'s are nice but are not what I would call top notch. There's a reason its a day spa. THEY WILL ALWAYS TRY TO GET YOU TO COME BACK IN. My take save your copay, see a real Dr. And staff.

Reviewer Unknown

Medical Spa has high class staff. I've used all medical spa's in the area and this is the best one in NW AR by far. Highly recommend their injectables.

Reviewer Unknown

I am an allergy patient and love the care I receive, Sharon Hasenbeck is very knowledgeable and helpful. If you suffer with allergies, WellQuest is the place to go!

My first experience with this clinic was positive. The staff was very kind and helpful. The nurses were great. The physicians assistant listen and provided excellent medical care. On a follow up visit I met Dr. Fox. He was unprofessional, rushed, critical, didn't listen and asked me what he should do. When I expressed a concern in the possible effects a medication he was prescribing, he gave me incorrect information involving the method in which it works. I would say avoid him at all cost. I now see why he always has appointments open.

Great service.

Endless waits in the waiting room.

The teeth whitening experience takes years off your appearance. and I love the facials too! highly recommend WellQuest.

I had signed up for six nutritional consultations and paid $299 for them. I used five of them and then tried to schedule(after a year) my sixth visit. I was told that the package was only good for a year, that it had expired, and that they would not honor the sixth visit. They would not even let me have a complimentary body scan ($10 value). Very poor customer service, they didn't offer anything that would make me want to come back.

Reviewer Unknown

No response to telephone calls...no follow-up...Seem to be very indifferent to the needs of their clients...

Reviewer Unknown

The fleece you if you are having travel insurance. They are not transperant in their fees. Before seeing the doctor they tell one price and during checkout they jack up the visiting fees saying that doctor has spent longer time with the patient. Please be careful in money matters. They will be ready to cheat you. $185 just for examining a patient and prescribing $4 antibiotic. BIG BIG RIP OFF.

We had an unfortunate accident on a Saturday which required stitches. We were treated by Dr. Gaines who was very professional and equally as important very personable. We were in and out in less than 2 hours. The staff at Wellquest could not have done a better job. God bless the staff at Wellquest for the excellent customer service.
