Physical and Wellness Exams

What is a Physical Exam?

A "Wellness Physical" is a thorough review of your general well being in which the purpose is to encourage positive, health-conscious lifestyles. During a physical, your doctor will review your medical history, perform a complete physical examination, and make recommendations concerning your health. Recommendations may include diet and exercise, age appropriate immunizations, and cancer screenings such as a pap test, prostate exam, or breast exam and fasting lab work.

In addition to the conventional boundaries of a wellness physical, WellQuest providers place heavy emphasis on long-term wellness and prevention. This may include recommendations such vitamins and supplements, allergy testing, nutritional counseling, and advanced skin analysis. By maintaining preventive lifestyles, thousands of WellQuest clients are enjoying better overall health and significant healthcare cost savings.
