Dr. Zach Guynn is a Board Certified Physician. He received his undergraduate degree with Honors in Biology from the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville, then continued on to complete his medical training at The University of Arkansas Medical Sciences in Little Rock. His post-graduate work was completed at UAMS: Area Health Education Center Northwest in Fayetteville, Arkansas. Dr. Guynn is excited to be a part of WellQuest and practicing Integrative Medicine. He is passionate about treating not only existing health issues, but also working to help prevent the unnecessary risk that comes with leading an unhealthy lifestyle.

Lauren Greenhaw received her undergraduate degree in Biology from John Brown University and Masters of Physician Assistant Studies from Travecca Nazarene University in Nashville, Tennessee. She has been with WellQuest since 2008 and has practiced in the area of Family Medicine for five years. She is certified through the NCCPA. “The thing I love most about my job are my clients. It is a joy to come to work and spend my day caring for such fantastic people. I also love and appreciate the WellQuest Mission as I am a big believer in preventing modifiable disease processes verses always reacting to problems as they arise.

Pam was born and raised in London, Ontario in beautiful Canada. She went to nursing school in Ontario and received her Advanced Practice Nurse degree at Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tennessee. She has been a nurse since 1983 and an APN since 2003. Working at Wellquest allows Pam to care for her clients in a way that integrates a healthy lifestyle to reduce the burden of chronic and episodic disease. She strongly believes that excellent nutrition, exercise, and a balanced life can lead to improved well being throughout the lifespan.

Ambry Prater, PA-C

Ambry is a board certified Physician Assistant concentrating in Primary Care and Family Medicine. She received her medical training, including a Master’s of Health Science and Physician Assistant from Missouri State University in 2013. She is certified by the NCCPA. She developed at interest in medicine from working in her family's pharmacy at an early age. Her main focus is prevention and management of chronic diseases. She believes that most disease can be prevented with proper diet, exercise, and supplements. She also believes that catching early risk factors is of vital importance. Ambry strives to provide compassionate care and truly educate and connect with her clients. She enjoys cooking and loves sharing her healthy treats and recipes with the staff at WellQuest.
