What is WellQuest?

WellQuest Medical Center is a physician-directed medical service for families and health-conscious businesses. We offer a full range of medical care for adults and children along with digital diagnostic tests including laboratory, x-ray, EKG, and more. Whether your medical problem is sudden illness, recurring symptoms or minor injury, WellQuest is focused on resolving your immediate needs, then leading you toward a healthier life.

Hours of Operation:

Monday - Friday: 8am to 8pm
Saturday: 8am to 8pm (walk-in visits only)
Sunday: 12pm to 6pm (walk-in visits only)

WellQuest is closed on the following days:

1. New Year's Day
2. Easter
3. Memorial Day
4. Fourth of July
5. Labor Day
6. Thanksgiving Day
7. Christmas Day

Scheduling Recommendations

1. Call before you come. It’s possible that we can reserve a time slot or give an estimated wait time.
2. Appointments are REQUIRED for Annual Physicals and Wellness Exams
3. Appointments are recommended for new clients with non-emergent needs. This allows our physicians extra time with you.

Inclement Weather Policy

If icy roads or severe weather conditions prevent our staff and clients from arriving safely to WellQuest, then we will close until staff can arrive or close early to allow safe driving home. Most often, in severe weather situations, we are closed only for a portion of the day. We post our closing on our websites and with local news organizations.

Does WellQuest Accept Health Insurance?

Yes! WellQuest accepts most major insurances in our medical center, as well as cash, check or credit card payment. Note, however, that our Medical Spa accepts cash, check and credit card ONLY.
