Does WQ accept insurance?

Yes. WellQuest accepts most commercial health insurance, just like any other practice or hospital would. Always check your policy to find out what your coverage limitations might be.

Do I need an appointment to see a Medical Provider?

No. Though it's best to schedule an appointment if possible, we realize that unpredictable illness and discomfort are a part of life. As a result, walk-in visits are worked in where possible between the hours of 8am- 5pm. After 5pm, WellQuest only accepts walk-in visits.

Are Medical Aesthetic and Anti-Aging services covered by my insurance policy?

No. All Medical Spa services must be paid for out of pocket at the time that your service is rendered.

Is Medical Weight-Loss covered by my insurance policy?

Maybe. Many companies today recognize the benefit of healthy employees. Some even provide policies and allowances to prove it. Many of our wellness programs are billable through insurance. To find out if your policy qualifies, contact your HR department.

Are preventive services covered by my insurance policy?

The amount of preventive & wellness coverage you have depends entirely on your specific insurance policy. To find the extent of that coverage, contact your HR department.
