Medical Director Zachary Guynn, MD
Dr. Zach Guynn is a Board Certified Physician. He received his undergraduate degree with Honors in Biology from the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville, then continued on to complete his medical training at The University of Arkansas Medical Sciences in Little Rock. His post-graduate work was completed at UAMS: Area Health Education Center Northwest in Fayetteville, Arkansas.
Dr. Guynn is excited to be a part of WellQuest and practicing Integrative Medicine. He is passionate about treating not only existing health issues, but also working to help prevent the unnecessary risk that comes with leading an unhealthy lifestyle.

Lauren Greenhaw, PA-C, MPAS
Lauren Greenhaw received her undergraduate degree in Biology from John Brown University and Masters of Physician Assistant Studies from Travecca Nazarene University in Nashville, Tennessee. She has been with WellQuest since 2008 and has practiced in the area of Family Medicine for five years. She is certified through the NCCPA.

Pamela Chrisco, APRN
Pam was born and raised in London, Ontario in beautiful Canada. She went to nursing school in Ontario and received her Advanced Practice Registered Nurse degree at Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tennessee. She has been a nurse since 1983 and an APRN since 2003.
Working at WellQuest allows Pam to care for her clients in a way that integrates a healthy lifestyle to reduce the burden of chronic and episodic disease. She strongly believes that excellent nutrition, exercise, and a balanced life can lead to improved well being throughout the lifespan.
Molly Meredith - Lead Aesthetician - Bentonville & Tulsa
Molly is WellQuest’s most tenured employee and is passionate about providing extensive training and certification to WellQuest’s aesthetic team. Her dedication, skill level, and work ethic have earned the undeniable reputation as one of Northwest Arkansas’ most sought after skincare professionals.
Licensed since 2003, Molly has worked in all aspects of skin care and has advanced studies from top aesthetic educational centers throughout the country, including New York, Philadelphia, and Dallas. Molly has been with WellQuest Medical Spa as the Lead Aesthetician and Laser Technician since opening in 2005. She specializes in skin analysis and customized treatment planning for medical aesthetic procedures. She is trained and certified in laser and Broadband Light procedures; medical chemical peels, and is a Certified Skinprint Analyst.
Michele Taylor, RD
Michele graduated from the University of Utah and did a dietetic internship in Salt Lake City. Her experience includes a private practice in Dietetics specializing in nutrition counseling, fitness testing, sports nutrition, and weight control classes. She was the dietitian for the Utah Diabetes and Cardio Vascular Programs of the Utah State Department of Health.
Michele worked with the Epidemiology Department of the University of Utah Medical Center on Cancer studies. Michele served on the Utah Governor’s Council of Health and Physical Fitness and chairman of the family fitness subcommittee. She completed the American Dietetic Association’s Certificate of training in Adult Weight Management in 2010.
Marla Richards, MS, RD
Marla has a longstanding passion for wellness and healthy living. After graduating from The University of Central Arkansas and completing the dietetic internship in 2011, she embarked on her professional career in wellness, working for a company in Central Arkansas.
This experience helped reaffirm Marla’s philosophy towards ultimate, healthy living. That is, many ailments and illnesses can be treated and prevented through a healthy lifestyle and dietary changes. Her primary focus is to help as many people as she can to adopt such a lifestyle.
Marla was drawn to WellQuest because she felt their goals in helping others to live happy and healthy were perfectly aligned. While focusing on nutrition and exercise is imperative, WellQuest emphasizes wellness as a whole, knowing that a healthy mindset is equally important as physical health. By joining WellQuest, she has the opportunity to help the whole staff change lives for the better.
Sharon Hasenbeck, LPN
Sharon has lived in NW Arkansas since 1991. She previously lived in Colorado and Oklahoma. She graduated from Cameron University in Oklahoma with a Bachelor or Science degree in Business Administration. She decided to change careers and went back to school to study nursing and received her LPN from Northwest Technical Institute. Sharon and her husband Bob have two children. Sharon enjoys traveling, attending Razorback Football games and working out at the gym. Sharon worked for over 9 years as an allergy nurse with Edwin Whiteside MD until his retirement in June 2007. She began working for WellQuest later that year.
She enjoys helping clients gain control over their frequent sinus infections and allergy symptoms by providing immunology services. Sharon offers convenient walk-in hours for injections and also provides injection services for client from other physician’s offices. Sharon values the ongoing relationships she has formed with her clients and enjoys serving others.
Tulsa Staff
Medical Director Mike Reed DO
Dr. Reed is a Board Certified Family Practice Physician providing the full range of primary care medical services for adults, children, and seniors. His experience is in hospital, ambulatory, and urgent care medicines. This has uniquely prepared him for providing effective occupational medical services for businesses. As an U.S. Marine Corp and U.S. Army National Guard veteran, Dr. Reed is committed to serve the needs of his fellow veterans and their families.
Dr. Reed is an archery enthusiast, level-4 archery coach, and his two children in nationally ranked for their age classes for archery competition. He and his family reside now in Bixby, Oklahoma. Dr. Reed received his undergraduate degree at Southern Nazarene College in Bethany, OK; Masters of Science at University of Central Oklahoma in Edmond; and his Doctorate at Edwards Via College Osteopathic Medicine in Viriginia. He completed his Family Practice residency at St. Anthony Hospital in Oklahoma City.

Before becoming a nurse Practitioner, Shelly was a Registered Nurse for 20 years with experience in medical, surgical, critical care, trauma, and cardiovascular care. She provides care for all ages from newborns to seniors and treats patients for everything from pediatric wellness checks to chronic conditions to everyday illness and injuries. She believes that everyone deserves compassionate, timely care and looks forward to caring for you and your family.
