Inclement Weather Policy
If weather conditions prevent our staff and clients from arriving safely to WellQuest, we will close until staff can arrive or close early to allow safe driving. In severe weather situations, we will closed only for a portion of the day. Know that we post if we are closed on our websites and with local news organizations.
Scheduling Recommendations
1. Call before you come. It is a possibility we can reserve a time slot or give an estimated wait time.
2. Appointments are REQUIRED for Annual Physicals and Wellness Exams
3. Appointments are recommended for new clients with non-emergent needs. Why? This allows our physicians enough time with each new patient.
4. Come early on your first appointment. This allows time for registration. You can also take advantage of our downloadable forms and come with your paperwork in hand.
