Dr. Wade Fox, MD

Dr. Fox received his undergraduate degree in Biology from Harding University where he graduated with honors. He went on to attend medical school at the University of Arkansas Medical Sciences. His post-graduate training was in Family Practice from the Area Health Education Center in Fort Smith, Arkansas. Dr. Fox was one of the founding members of WellQuest Medical Clinic and Spa and has played an integral role in the development and growth of the clinic.
Dr. Fox is a board certified family practitioner who is a member of the American Medical Society, the Arkansas Academy of Family Physicians, and is currently pursuing board certification in Anti-Aging Medicine. Wellness is the mission for Dr. Fox. As a result, he is committed to providing leadership through the maze of the current medical system and taking the very best of conventional and non-traditional practices in order to provide the highest level of medical integration.

Dr. Zachary Guynn, MD

Dr. Zach Guynn is a Board Certified Physician. He received his undergraduate degree with Honors in Biology from the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville, then continued on to complete his medical training at The University of Arkansas Medical Sciences in Little Rock. His post-graduate work was completed at UAMS: Area Health Education Center Northwest in Fayetteville, Arkansas.
Dr. Guynn is excited to be a part of WellQuest and practicing Integrative Medicine. He is passionate about treating not only existing health issues, but also working to help prevent the unnecessary risk that comes with leading an unhealthy lifestyle.

Dr. Rhonald Searcy, MD

Dr. Searcy received his undergraduate degree in Biology with honors at Harding University. He completed his medical school training at the University of Arkansas Medical School in Little Rock. From there, he completed his post-graduate training at UAMS-Area Health Education Center in Fayetteville Arkansas.
Dr. Searcy is a Board Certified Physician and is a big advocate of preventative care medicine -- the core mission of WellQuest.

Dr. Amber C. Bazler, MD

Dr. Bazler is a Board Certified Physician specializing in family medicine. She attended Lyon College in Batesville, Arkansas for undergraduate training. She received her medical degree from The Louisiana State University School of Medicine in Shreveport in 2008. Dr. Bazler then completed her internship and residency training at LSU Health Center in Shreveport, Louisiana. After residency, Dr. Bazler relocated to Northwest Arkansas to practice with WellQuest.
The choice on where to practice was not an easy one for Dr. Bazler. She visited many clinics in the area before decided to commit to WellQuest. “The difference,” she says, “is the excellent client service, the level of care, and the focus on total wellness.

Lauren Greenhaw, PA-C, MPAS

Lauren Greenhaw received her undergraduate degree in Biology from John Brown University and Masters of Physician Assistant Studies from Travecca Nazarene University in Nashville, Tennessee. She has been with WellQuest since 2008 and has practiced in the area of Family Medicine for five years. She is certified through the NCCPA.
“The thing I love most about my job are my clients. It is a joy to come to work and spend my day caring for such fantastic people. I also love and appreciate the WellQuest Mission as I am a big believer in preventing modifiable disease processes verses always reacting to problems as they arise.

Pamela Chrisco, APN
Nurse Practitioner

Pam was born and raised in London, Ontario in beautiful Canada. She went to nursing school in Ontario and received her Advanced Practice Nurse degree at Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tennessee. She has been a nurse since 1983 and an APN since 2003.
Working at Wellquest allows Pam to care for her patients in a way that integrates a healthy lifestyle to reduce the burden of chronic and episodic disease. She strongly believes that excellent nutrition, exercise, and a balanced life can lead to improved well being throughout the lifespan.

Crystal Hensley, PA-C

Crystal received her undergraduate degree in Biology from Northeastern State University with honors. She then went on to attend Harding University and graduated with a Masters in Physician Assistant Studies in 2008. Crystal has practiced in Family Medicine since.
Crystal believes that working at WellQuest is a great reward for her because she is able to touch the lives of so many different types of clients. Crystal chose WellQuest because unlike most clinics, they have access to a huge amount of unique resources within their facility which, ultimately, allows for better continuity of care.
